FPH National Registrar Conference 2025: Connections on the Clyde

23rd May 2025, 10:00am - 5:00pm , Technology and Innovation Centre, University of Strathclyde (Glasgow) & Online

Join us for a day filled with networking and learning where we will showcase public health work across the UK nations and connect, equip, and inspire Public Health Registrars as they develop their public health leadership.

The conference is free to attend for FPH Specialty Registrars as a benefit of Faculty membership.
 
For in-person tickets, a small deposit is taken at the time of booking and will be refunded upon attending the conference to avoid unused in-person tickets.

The event's agenda and speakers will be confirmed as soon as possible.

Make the most of your trip to Scotland and stay for the weekend…

Glasgow has plenty to offer for a fun-filled weekend! In the centre, head to the shops, follow the mural trail for some amazing street art, or visit the Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA). In the West End, take a stroll through the Botanic Gardens or visit the impressive Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. Glasgow’s Southside offers numerous independent shops and cafes, and the chance to see some Highland Coos in Pollok Country Park. And don’t forget to sample the amazing food scene, whether you’re after some classic Scottish food or cuisine from around the world!

If you want to explore the rest of Scotland, many amazing spots are easily accessible by public transport from Glasgow. Head to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, or take a quick trip to the Isle of Arran, one of Scotland’s islands right on your doorstep! You could head east and explore the history and sights of the beautiful city of Edinburgh, or head further on to the coast in East Lothian or Fife. Or if you have time, head further north and adventure through the dramatic landscapes of the Highlands.
