Black maternal health

Please join us for a Black History Month webinar on Black maternal health, hosted jointly by the Faculty's Health of Women and Girls and Sexual and Reproductive Health Special Interest Groups. You will hear from Dr Gloria Rowland MBE, Chief Nursing Officer at the African Medical Centre of Excellence, on her work supporting Black maternity staff and how this impacts Black women’s use of maternity services; and Dr Gbemisola David-West, ST6 registrar in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, on her work about racism in medicine and the impact on Black maternal health.
